Now You Can Lose Weight and Learn How You can Maintain Your Results After Dieting
There are Four Phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. In Phase One, 3 Ideal Protein food products are consumed per day, along with 4 cups of select vegetables, unlimited lettuce, and 8 ounces of lean meat or fish. Phase Two is much the same, the key difference being a reduction to 2 Ideal Protein food products per day and the addition of a second meal, containing 8 ounces of lean meat or fish. Phase Two is followed for a maximum of 2 weeks until 100% of your full weight loss goal is met (90% is met in Phase One). Phase Three reintroduces carbohydrates and healthy fats. Phase Four is the maintenance of your ideal weight, which is assisted by the knowledge you will have gained during your weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with your Ideal Protein weight loss coach.
